OVERVIEW FOR SKATERS: Players will be taught off-ice preparation methods along with on-ice individual skill techniques. Includes one off-ice skills session, one 80 minute on-ice session, and one dryland/class room session per day.
OVERVIEW FOR GOALIES: Goalies will receive one-on-one instruction during on ice sessions from goaltending instructor Mitch Bertrand.
Mite/Squirt Group Schedule: On ice 8:00-9:20AM, Off ice skills 9:45-10:30AM, snack time/break 10:30-11:00AM, Dryland/Classroom 11:00-11:45AM. Pickup at 11:45AM.
Peewee/Bantam/15U Schedule: Off ice skills 8:15-9:00AM, On ice 9:30-10:50 AM, snack time/break 10:50-11:15AM, Dryland/Classroom 11:15-12:00PM. Pickup at 12:00PM.
Note: Campers will need to bring their own snacks and water bottles.
